About delivery and installation

Products will be delivered 7-14 working days after purchase.

Free delivery to Kowloon and the New Territories (Hong Kong Island +$80, Ma Wan +$150, Discovery Bay: +$350) and other remote areas will be quoted separately.

Free delivery to the village house downstairs (if the delivery address cannot be reached directly by a truck and needs to be pushed, the first 100 meters of flat ground is free of charge. If there are steps and more than 100 meters, there will be a surcharge.

If the delivery address does not have an elevator and requires stairs, please check with the merchant for the fee to go upstairs.

In residential or industrial buildings, there is no free parking (parking lot, registration fee, admission fee), which must be borne by the guest and reimbursed accordingly.

Terms and Conditions

1. After all goods are placed, it will take approximately 7-14 working days to arrive in Hong Kong! (Such as special circumstances, customs vehicle inspection or customs clearance, bad weather will be delayed.)

3. After the goods arrived at the port, I received a phone call: Please arrange to receive the goods within 3 days. If it exceeds 3 days, storage fees will be charged.

4. The following terms do not allow returns or refunds

1) Because each piece of furniture is measured manually, there will be a slight difference of 1-3cm, which is normal.

3) If parts are missing or damaged during transportation, please contact customer service to arrange replacement or compensation based on the extent.

4) Products that have been unpacked and assembled will not be returned or exchanged!

5) In case of any dispute, Geya Furniture will reserve the right to make the final decision!
